Lion Olakunbi Diana Labiyi is a seasoned Executive Consultant with over 27 years of leadership experience across banking, energy, education, security, and consulting. She is an expert in Human Resources, Procurement, and Corporate Services, with deep expertise in M&A integration, talent development, and organizational restructuring.
She holds an MSc in HR Management, an MBA in General Management, and a BSc in Biology Education. She has also completed executive training from London Business School and IMD. Lion Labiyi is a member of CIPD, CIPS, CMI, and SHRM.
She currently advises organizations on HR transformation, post-merger integration, and EHSSQ compliance. Her corporate expertise has enabled her to champion impactful strategies in the boardroom and beyond.
